AGAVE MISO GLAZED SALMON
Salmon seems to be the go-to choice when it comes to fish protein, and for good reason. Salmon provides the body with fish oil, amino acids, and protein.
6 oz Salmon (Fresher the better)
2 Tablespoon Agave
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon Low Sodium Miso Paste
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Fresh Grated Ginger
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- Combine the Agave, Olive Oil, Miso, Lemon Juice, Ginger, Coconut Oil, and Sesame Seeds in a bowl. Mix well.
- Glaze the Salmon, and let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Bake it in a 325 Degree oven for 8 minutes.
