Todays’ Schedule

830am – 930am – Wake up make coffee, drink 8 ounces water and 8 ounces of coffee then walk to the bakery

930am -noon – Get ready and head to meeting then head to F45 for afternoon class

1245pm – 245pm – Take F45 class stretch head home hot salt bath, podcast, and then get ready to pick up Ash

245pm – 4pm – get Ash and pick up food then finish podcast and blog

4pm – 8pm – Head to F45 then teach and set up for the next day and head home to eat

8pm-9pm- Eat dinner and get ready for gym

9pm – 10pm Kickboxing session (Drink 1 scoop 1st Phorm BCAA’s with 32 ounces water throughout workout) then stretch,& shower

9pm -11pm finish writing and get ready for bed
