Determine Your Body Type:
It is important to determine your body type because knowing which of the three basic body types most accurately fits your body type will help you choose the proper diet and exercise plan for optimal results including goals that are realistic for you.
Many people, especially women, have a common misconception that weight training makes you ‘bulky’. This is false. Strength training increases the amount of lean muscle mass on your body, and lean muscle mass requires more calories both during exercise and throughout the rest of your day. Muscle also requires energy in the form of calories to maintain itself--unlike fat which requires almost no calories to exist.
Below is the list of approved foods. These are broken into the categories of what should be on your plate for your body type. Choose foods from each category and eat the appropriate portion according to your body type.
