Todays’ Schedule
830am – 330pm – Wake up make, drink 8 ounces water, stretch / foam roll, record podcast and blog, then walk to the bakery have some coffee then head to the gym for Upper Body, stretch, sauna, shower, run some errands then eat and pick up Ash from the Bakery.
(Drink 1 scoop 1st Phorm BCAA’s with 32 ounces water throughout workout)
3pm-445pm – Meal prep and then get ready to head back to F45 to teach classes
445pm – 830pm – Teach at F45 Wingman Class and then eat and get my kickboxing session and get work in.
830pm – 11pm – write, rest and get ready for bed
