930am 1pm – Wake up walk to 5 points cafe for breakfast with Ash then walk home and do work

1pm – 445 pm- kickboxing & yoga session do more work run errands with Ashthen get ready to go to F45 to teach at 445pm

445pm – 1130pm – Teach F45 T10 class then take the 545pm class, stretch, head home, record the podcast, do work, shower, have dinner with Ash and relax

(Drink 1 scoop 1st Phorm BCAA’s with 32 ounces water throughout workout)
