Todays’ Schedule
630am – 12pm – Wake up head to F45 to teach classes then set up head home and get to the bakery for egg sandwiches
1pm – 6pm – Kickboxing Session then stretch, hit the pool and hot tub, shower, get food and head home and DO WORK!
(Drink 1 scoop 1st Phorm BCAA’s with 32 ounces water throughout workout)
6pm – midnight – relax eat and unwind
