Todays’ Schedule

915am – noon – Wake up make coffee, drink 8 ounces water and 8 ounces of coffee then walk and eat breakfast then get ready for F45 class

noon – 6pm F45 T-10 class then stretch help Kevin set up for tomorrow, drive home (sit in 45 mins of traffic :/ ) , then eat and get work done

6pm – 8pm – Dinner and family time

8pm – 9pm Kickboxing session (Drink 1 scoop 1st Phorm BCAA’s with 32 ounces water throughout workout) then stretch,& shower

9pm -11pm finish writing and get ready for bed
