 Todays’ Schedule

9 am – wake up, drink 16 ounces of water and a cup of coffee


930am – 30 mins walk within an hour of waking up


 11am – Kickboxing Skill Work (Drink 1 scoop 1st Phorm BCAA’s with 32 ounces water throughout workout)

1 x 3 mins Jump Rope warm up

1 x 3 mins Shadowboxing warm up

3 x 3 mins South Paw bag Work

3 x3 mins orthodox bag work

1 x 3 mins shadowboxing cool down


1pm Eat & Do Work

Egg sandwich with turkey cheese tomato and onions


445pm Teach F 45 Class & Drink Protein shake consisting of:

8 ounces water

8 ounces black coffee

6 ounces almond milk (unsweetened)

1 serving phresh greens

1 serving muscle milk protein


545pm – Take F45 Class


630pm – Stretch and

post class


645pm – Drive Home & Eat Dinner (Last Meal of the Day before starting fasting for the night)

730pm Walk for 30 mins


8 15pm – finish up work

midnight – sleep
